With an increase in our branded content at L.L.Bean, there has been a request for more engaging organic social pieces to accompany stories. Oftentimes, those requests include Reels for Instagram.
Although my experience with Reels prior to this request was minimal, I’ve done as much research as possible to understand how to create them and what’s trending within the outdoor category.
Below are three examples of Reels that I’ve worked on recently. I utilized my animation skills, my video editing skills, and in some cases, worked with a videographer to help direct shots. Overall, I’ve truly been able to put many skills I’ve grown throughout the years to the test.
